While Gracie was in Louisiana, Ron and I enjoyed a nice dinner at McKendrick's Steakhouse. It was very nice and rewarding to enjoy a peaceful dinner by ourselves! It was well overdue too. McKendrick's was recommended by Ron's manager and we were not disappointed at all. It is very similar to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in quality, service and ambiance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We ate so much, we basically rolled out the restuarant.....and we didn't even have dessert! The above picture is a self portrait....can't you tell! Ron refused to have our picture taken in the restaurant. Everyone knows he doesn't like to draw attention to himself.
