I got a new camera yesterday! YAY for me!!! I opted for the Nikon D60. It is an SLR camera, which I've wanted for a looooong time. This was my birthday/anniversary/Christmas gift from Ron. This was the first shot that I took.
We just had a wonderful visit with Ron's mom and his Aunt Rose. They spent the last week with us and they were so helpful! It's so nice to come home from work to a home cooked meal. We were so thankful for that. I think they enjoyed themselves too, except for the fact that it was freezing here. They are island girls and they hate the cold! I hope the cold didn't scare them away. We would love for them to come back this summer.
Oh, and Ron and I would like to thank his mother, from the bottom of our hearts, for the lovely dishwasher and washing machine that she bought Gracie. They are oh so very NOISY!
